How can I contact customer support? +

Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AEST), and we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 business hours. Messages sent outside these hours will be responded to on the next business day.

Where do you ship to? +

We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia, including metro and regional areas.

What are the shipping costs? +

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum order required.

How long will it take to get my order? +

Estimated delivery time is 7–16 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Is my payment data safe with you? +

Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-leading SSL encryption to keep your personal and payment information completely secure. We never store your card details.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Zip for flexible payment options.

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 30-day return policy. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the process.

The estimated delivery time has expired. Where is my order? +

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking link. If there's no update or you need further help, contact us at support@theprojectpawprint.com and we'll investigate straight away.
