All prices displayed on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any additional charges that may apply to your order will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, and Zip.. Available payment methods may change from time to time.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and accepted. If payment is declined, unsuccessful, or cannot be processed, your order may be delayed, cancelled, or not accepted.

We currently ship only within Australia. Unless otherwise stated on our website, shipping is free on all Australian orders. Because we do not currently offer international shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and similar international charges do not apply to standard orders placed through our website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all pricing and billing information on our website is accurate. However, from time to time, errors may occur, including typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or incorrect product information. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect information, to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our website. You agree to promptly update your information so that we can complete your transaction and contact you if necessary.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (AEST) — orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to your delivery estimate. After dispatch, estimated transit time is typically 6 to 12 business days, for an estimated total delivery timeframe of 7 to 16 business days. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available. Delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, or other operational disruptions.

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@theprojectpawprint.com as soon as possible so we can assist.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at support@theprojectpawprint.com as soon as possible within 7 days of delivery, and include clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable so we can assist.

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility as set out in our Refund Policy.
