At Project Paw Print, your security and convenience are our top priorities. We offer a range of trusted payment methods to make your checkout experience as smooth as possible.
Payment Methods
Credit/Debit CardWe accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. To pay by card:
- Select "Credit/Debit Card" at checkout.
- Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
- Fill in your billing details and confirm your payment.
- You will be redirected to an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email shortly after.
For a fast, contactless checkout experience, we support Apple Pay and Google Pay. To use either option:
- Select "Apple Pay" or "Google Pay" at checkout.
- Authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
- Confirm your order details and complete the payment.
Shop Pay offers an accelerated checkout for returning customers. Simply select "Shop Pay" at checkout, log in to your account, and confirm your order in seconds.
PayPalPayPal allows you to pay quickly and securely without sharing your financial details directly with us. To pay with PayPal:
- Select "PayPal" at checkout.
- You will be redirected to PayPal to log in or create an account.
- Approve the payment and you will be returned to our site with your order confirmed.
PayPal includes built-in buyer protection, giving you added peace of mind with every purchase.
AfterpayAfterpay lets you buy now and pay in four fortnightly instalments, interest-free. To pay with Afterpay:
- Select "Afterpay" at checkout.
- Log in to your Afterpay account or create one.
- Confirm your order and payment schedule.
- You will be redirected back to your order confirmation page.
Zip allows you to pay over time with flexible payment options. To pay with Zip:
- Select "Zip" at checkout.
- Log in to your Zip account or apply in minutes.
- Confirm your payment plan and complete your order.
When Is My Payment Charged?
Your payment is processed at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed. If your payment is declined, no charge will be made to your account. Please check your card details and try again, or contact your bank for assistance. You are also welcome to try an alternative payment method or contact us at support@theprojectpawprint.com for help.
Currency
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). If you are paying via PayPal and your account is in a different currency, PayPal may apply a conversion fee. We recommend checking with PayPal before completing your purchase.
Security and Protection
Every transaction on the Project Paw Print website is protected with advanced SSL encryption. We do not store or share your full payment details at any time. Our payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and other trusted third-party providers, all of which are PCI DSS compliant. Our platform is continuously monitored and updated to meet current security standards.
Refunds and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or you wish to request a refund, please contact us at support@theprojectpawprint.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer service team. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Australian Consumer Law
Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this payment policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
