We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia — no minimum order required. At this time, we only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday), with a cutoff time of 5:00 PM AEST. Estimated delivery time is 7–16 business days, depending on your location.
We ship with trusted carriers including Australia Post and CouriersPlease. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@theprojectpawprint.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted, however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge restocking fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
